Elemental Rhythm Breathwork

This is a guided experience that blends together movement, gratitude, intention, meditation, rhythmic breathing, and music. These 60–90 minute sessions are designed to support your unique needs, guiding you as you move through what’s ready to be felt, released, and transformed.

Now I'm an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Coach--changing lives one breath at a time.

As a certified coach, I will guide you through the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (ERBE)--a powerful combination of movement, gratitude, guided meditation, rhythmic breathing and music. This experience creates a space for transformation, emotional release, and deep inner connection.

I also offer Flow Sessions which are a more relaxed version of ERBE. In these sessions, we move slowly and intentionally, combining gentle stretching, deeper breathing, and soothing music. Flow brings you into a deeply calm and peaceful state, allowing you to connect deep within.

I offer private and group sessions ranging from 45 to 90 minutes.
